How plan management works
Your providers deliver supports as usual and send their invoices to us. We check each invoice against NDIS pricing and your remaining budget, submit the claim to the NDIA, and update your budget so you can see what's been spent and what's left in your participant portal. valid, correctly submitted invoices are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing is the step we control. Final payment timing can also depend on NDIA processing and whether we need to clarify details with a provider.
