Sheila — Co-founder · Onboarding Specialist · BNurs
Bachelor of Nursing — the university degree required to register as a nurse — and more than 20 years in medical, surgical, mental health, emergency and aged care settings before NDIS plan management. Leads onboarding and is your first call.
Simon — Co-founder · CPA & Solicitor
Solicitor and CPA. Became a solicitor to help people who are treated unfairly.
Erik — Co-founder · CPA
CPA, with lived experience of the NDIS.
Two of our founders have lived experience of disability and the NDIS. The third became a solicitor to help people who are treated unfairly. That's what shapes how we work: practical, respectful and easy to understand — not jargon and runaround.
Our team's professional backgrounds inform how carefully we manage your plan. Plan management does not include clinical, financial or legal advice.
What plan management does — and doesn't — include
- Processing invoices from your NDIS providers
- Tracking your plan budget across support categories
- Providing statements so you can see what's been spent and what's left
- Answering questions about how your NDIS funding can be used
