Switch plan managers without the chasing

Nothing changes for your providers or supports — only who processes the invoices.

    How switching works

Three steps. Sheila walks you through each one.

    1. Call or request a call — Sheila calls back within 24 hours Mon–Fri.
    2. Sign the service agreement she sends. Nothing changes until you sign.
    3. Record us as your “my provider” in the my NDIS portal or on 1800 800 110, and tell your current plan manager.

Tell Sheila where you're up to, even if you're not sure yet.

Nothing changes until you sign a service agreement.

We'll call you back within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri).

    Switching questions

It depends mainly on how quickly the 'my provider' request is accepted in my NDIS. We register you, complete the service agreement and send the request — you accept it in the participant portal or call the NDIA on 1800 800 110. Tell your current plan manager before you change.

The NDIS lets you change plan managers during a plan, and we help with a smooth handover. Your new plan manager must be recorded as a 'my provider' for your plan before we can claim for the service. Your new plan manager can send you a relationship request to accept in the my NDIS portal (under the 'relationships' tab), or you can call the NDIA on 1800 800 110. Tell your current plan manager before you make the change.

Request a call or call 0405 589 006. We call back within 24 hours Mon–Fri; you sign; then we help record Forward Planning Plus as your “my provider” (my NDIS portal or NDIA 1800 800 110). Tell your current plan manager before you change. Nothing changes until you sign. No cost to you.

Yes — tell them before you make the change. Check your current plan manager's service agreement for any notice period. Our service agreement asks for 14 days' notice if you leave.

Invoices already sent stay with your current plan manager. New invoices come to us once we’re recorded as your “my provider” and plan management is active.
