NDIS Registered Provider #4050161030 · Valid invoices processed in 1–2 business days* · Queensland-based team

No cost to you. Valid, correctly submitted invoices processed within 1–2 business days. Callbacks within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri).

    Five steps

Check they're a registered NDIS provider (ours is 4050161030; check on the NDIS Commission's Provider Register). Ask how fast they process valid invoices, how you reach a real person, and whether you get low-funding alerts. Our standard: valid, correctly submitted invoices processed within 1–2 business days, and callbacks within 24 hours on business days.

Register online. We'll send you our service agreement to sign. Nominees and support coordinators can help you register, but only the participant or their authorised representative signs.

We send a relationship request. Accept it in the my NDIS participant portal under the 'relationships' tab, or call the NDIA on 1800 800 110 and ask them to record us. We can't be paid from your plan until this is done.

Use the letter below. Check your current service agreement for any notice period it asks for. Ask them to confirm which invoices they'll still pay and to send you a final statement. Keep a copy of everything.

Give them our invoice email, join@forwardplanningplus.com.au, and the date to start. Ask them to send any outstanding invoices now, not later. From 1 December 2026, NDIS claims generally must be made within 90 days of the day a support is delivered (down from two years), so late invoices are the biggest risk during a switch. FAQ

The NDIS lets you change plan managers during a plan, and we help with a smooth handover. Your new plan manager must be recorded as a 'my provider' for your plan before we can claim for the service. Accept their request in the my NDIS portal (relationships tab), or call the NDIA on 1800 800 110.

It depends on how fast the 'my provider' step is done in the portal or by phone, and on any notice period in your current agreement. We'll confirm the date with you when you register.

Switching to us is at no cost to you. Plan management is funded by the NDIS.

Ask them which invoices they'll still pay before you switch. Send us any they won't pay and we'll check whether they can still be claimed. From 1 December 2026, claims generally must be made within 90 days of the support, so don't let invoices sit.

Only send future invoices to us. They only need your new invoice email and start date.

Yes, with your consent. Our handover template walks them through it.
